Mixing Colors

Mixing colors was a lot of fun. Although I was using cheap poster paints, I was able to blend colors but not accurate ones.  Everytime I mix complimentary colors, it tends to look weird on paper. Need more testing next time.

I’ve decided not to buy acrylic paints anymore, since I really want to get digital in the first place. I’ve tried Corel Painter a bit and really loved the mixer.  I’ve played around with Photoshop and liked the blending. I still haven’t painted anything complete. But I did paint some sample studies and find it really fun.
